There Are NO Classes

Pop on In & Pick out an Item to Paint!
We have over 89 colors to play with & we will show you how it all works
when you come to paint. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
You'll paint your items As You Wish then leave it with us for kiln firing.

This is NOT something we offer In-Studo EVER
and is very different from other workshops.
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ADULTS (AGES 16+)​​
For this workshop​​
You will get to make your own spring dishes from clay.
We will guide you through with step by step directions in rolling out, adding texture and pressing clay into dishes. You will get enough clay to make
2-4 different dishes as you wish.
You will get to choose your own shapes,
sizes and textures.
We have Everything you need
for making these beautiful dishes. If you ever rolled out cookie dough or pie crust,
its just that simple to roll out your clay.
Then we have a variety of testured rollers, and stamps for adding your textures and cutters to choose from
to cut out your shapes.
After that, you choose your form to press
your clay onto a dish.
No experience Necessary
During the Workshop
You will need to be able to STAND
while working with your clay.
Although we do have seats if you need a break.
Also
This Workshop is Only for these Dish shapes and designs as you see in our pictures.
We Will Not be Doing Any Other Kind of Clay Shaping,
Molding, Carving, Hand Building, or Throwing
Firing Process & Color
After you finish making your dishes you will leave it with us. They will dry for about a week
then we put it through the 1st Firing.
This is a Clay Fire before Glaze can be applied.
Because this is Stoneware and fires differently from our everyday pottery, you get to choose from our 13 different Celadon Glaze colors for your dishes.
We will glaze your dishes with the colors you choose.
Then they go through the 2nd Firing.
Total time before being ready for pick-up
will be 14 to 20 days.

If you choose, you can pick yours up after the 1st firing and use our every day colors to paint your dishes as you wish.​​
